Classes can be held on a personal 1 on 1 training, or can be held in a group setting.

CLASSES START AT $50.00 PER HOUR FOR 1 ON 1 TRAINING & WILL GO AS LOW AS $30.00 PER HOUR, PER PERSON FOR GROUP CLASSES.

We limit classes to 5 persons or less.

We also have some bikes & gear available for rental.
